Baked Veal Parmesan

Baked Veal Cutlet Parmesan
Ingredients
1 ½ pound of veal cutlets
½ cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 small jar spaghetti sauce (Neumann Marinara is great if you can’t make your own.)
1 pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
Olive oil (light) not extra virgin
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
1. Dry veal cutlet
2. Pat cutlet with flour (both sides)
3. Dip cutlet in egg (scrambled) and drain
4. Dip cutlet in breadcrumbs and put aside on a plate
5. Repeat for additional cutlets
6. Saute in olive oil 1-2 minutes on each side (medium-high heat)
7. Place breaded cutlets in a 9×12 Pyrex dish
8. Cover with sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on cutlets, and bake for 20 minutes
9. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on cutlets and return to oven for 5 minutes
Alternative if you don’t want to use sauce
8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on cutlets and bake for 20 minutes
* Same cooking time since you are not heating sauce
